JAYA SINGHANIA
Jaya arned her master's degree from the University of Calcutta's Department of South and Southeast Asian Studies. She graduated in history at Loreto College. During her academic career, she developed a strong interest in research through participation in seminars, talks, and conferences. She has taken part in various research publications and power point presentations. Jaya's research interests include the role of soft power in South and Southeast Asia, Pan Asianism, and South China Sea politics. She researched and presented presentations titled "Exploring the Genesis of Intersectional Feminism transcending times and borders" at an International Conference co-hosted by the University of Texas, the University of Calcutta, and The Presidency University. She has also been a part of many societies during her college days. Jaya’s interests lies in yoga, listening to music and dancing.
AHANA CHAUDHURI
Ahana is currently in her second year of Master's in South and South East Asian Studies, University of Calcutta. She did her graduation in History Honours from Shri Shikshayatan College, University of Calcutta. Her areas of interest include South Asian's demographic and it's revolving dynamics on its gender. How gender is identified and manifested through the conception of its ethnicity.
DEBENDRA SANYAL
Debendra graduated with a BA (Hons.) degree in Political Science from Ashoka University in Sonepat. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Political Science with International Relations at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. His main research interests include Sino-Indian relations and Asian geopolitics.
SHUBHAM CHAUBEY
Shubham is currently pursuing his degree in BA (Honours) History from Ramjas College, University of Delhi. During his academic journey, while participating in seminars, discussions and conferences He has developed a keen interest in research and critical thinking. Shubham’s research interests include Colonialism and Political Development of Western World and it's Relevance in the 21st century. Heaspires to pursue his career as a diplomat and policy maker in the international arena.
